Autobiography
Background
My parents are worked as real estate, so that I have contacted to related knowledge since I was a child. For example, connect to customers regularly in order to provide the latest housing information, initiatively develop new customers, and coordinate the buyer and house owner to achieve the most suitable sale price or help client to solve the problem of loan or trade dispute.
Motivation
Full of Passion for E-commerce when I was university student. Not only plenty times of shopping experiences on the E-shopping Websites, but I had run inported business of baseball cap from America on the Yahoo E-shopping website for more than one year since 2006. The total sales number of baseball cap was about 300 units, and the top income of one month within one year was nearly 75000 NT dollors, and also acquired the third ranking of baseball cap importer on E-shopping website from PPT student website. Unfortunatly, The business was canceled since I was studied for applying for the master degree in U.K. However, my passion wasn’t disappeared but got more. I studied creative management as my master degree, and shopped many times on Ebay and Amazon when I was in U.K, and also realized the case flow function called Paypal. After I came back, I chose to work at PChome as my first job. During the time of working in Pchome, I have realized several knowledge and know-how about E-commerce. Nowsday, I plan to work bigger E-commerce company like Yahoo, and try to use my skill to create better opportunity and value.
School organization experience
In my school days, I was worked as activity planning or vice president in school organizations. Hence, I have learned how to allocate the human resource, coordinate the quarrel in organization, and contact to sponsor. Taking the vice president of Sheffield Taiwanese Society as example, I have served it for nearly one year, and learned a lot of experience. For example, to hold the orientation for new student has to allocate different tasks to other society members, such as purchasing refreshment, decoration, or contacting to the sponsor. Similarly, I have to arrange many activities, such as shopping day, short trip to other cities, or have a party with other school’s society. These activities have to make transport, program, or calculate fee, and care the safe problem. Moreover, I have to assist president to contact with all the Taiwanese students in order to promote the society and attract their interest. Sometime, I have to solve the communicated problem resulted from the society members since it may impact the operation of school organization. Therefore, serving as vice president has let me to learn the experience of management and communication.
Study abroad experience
I have learned how to live alone in a foreign country. For instance, due to the living cost in England is nearly 2.5 times compared in Taiwan’s, so that how to cook, and find cheap restaurant is very important. Also, in Europe, many hotels, and transport systems have supported cheap price in booking advance. This is the required lesson for me, since I like traveling. Similarly, how to communicate with different people is very important for me, as realizing their habit for working, and suitably communicating method can improve the efficiency of working with them. For example, English prefer to work slowly, but cautiously. Following their rules can avoid many quarrels. Indians are stubborn, and irritable, so communicating with them must not to enrage them. Once they get angry, they will not listen but insist their idea all the time. There are a lots experience of working with different people I can mention. These are some of them.
Characteristics
I am outgoing, and not afraid to speak in public. Additionally, I am humorous, and easy going. Always being the leader or funny guy in organization. I like outdoor activities, such as biking, golf, basketball or photography.
