I led engineering operations and change to
consistently deliver multi-million dollar
projects on time and within budget for
customers in highly competitive, regulated
environments. Specializing in process
optimization, cost reduction and performance
improvement, I turned around struggling
programs and projects.
With extensive aerospace and US government
defense contracting experience, I provided
critical RFP contributions, helping BAE
Systems secure and execute large and small
government contracts. My skills include:
-Speeding product delivery by streamlining
processes while maintaining high quality
-Slashing costs by identifying and eliminating
redundancies
-Improving customer satisfaction through
outstanding performance and diligence
-Building high-performance, customer-focused
teams, and trusting client relationships
-Increasing RFP opportunities, leveraging
combined management and technical talents
I hold an MBA in Management from the
University of Phoenix, a BA in Business
Management from Concordia University, and an
AAS in Avionics Systems Technology from the
Community College of the Air Force. I am a
highly personable and fair, yet demanding,
manager who sets measurable performance
objectives.
