Duties and Responsibilities:
o Installing and administering Menatel VoIP system.
o Responsible for handling any specifications needed by the VoIP system, and for related purchases.
o Manage technical team consisting of 2 engineers and 20 technicians.
o Administer the wide area network (WAN) which connects Menatel’s four branches and is utilized by over 300 different users.
