Responsibilities: Transitioning MMIC prototype designs into standard products. Work with MMIC design engineers to generate product test plans to ensure new products are characterized over all pertinent test conditions. Perform test and evaluation of MMIC die and packaged parts to verify product integrity and coordinate the data input to product data sheets. Designed evaluation test fixtures as necessary. Generated all production documentation associated with new products and ensures that the operations department has all necessary production test fixtures and test software to successfully transition the new product to production. Program managed on non-standard custom part orders.

A start-up company that provides design, development and manufacturing of advanced testing and characterization solutions for electrical measurement/test of microwave circuits. Responsible for providing application support to all product lines, marketing management and support for in-house and outside Global sales representatives. Provide test support for in-house and customer acquired jobs for modeling. Provide project management support for both test manufacturing and modeling. Details of responsibilities and roles included:

Project Management- Manage Auriga Measurement’s complete Bias Tee line, which includes product specification, pricing, sales, customer/application support and repair process and support. Maintain project schedules and libraries.

Marketing- Create and manage on-going email announcements to current customer base. Oversee communications with sales representatives for scheduling customer visits daily/monthly. Maintain database for sales funnel. Forecasting Manage and maintain a master customer list. Produce competitive advertisements for Magazines and Internet sites. Work with channel partners and select customers for determining resources and materials needed for seminars and tours. Trade show research for selecting the proper venue for company participation. Generate and manage sales quotations for both in-house and outside sales force. Distribute sales quotations, create and develop application notes for each product line. Provide sales and support for both U.S. and global representatives.

Webpage- Contributed to the creation/launching of company webpage. Created company information for all product lines for posting on sales representatives’ websites. Provided webpage support for the company’s webpage.

Modeling Support- Provide test support utilizing Agilent Noise Parameter and Load Pull Systems (Formerly ATN Microwave Systems) and Auriga’s Pulsed IV DC/RF measurement system in conjunction with Cascade probe stations.

Customer Support- Provide application/customer support on software and hardware for the Noise Parameter and Load Pull systems, Pulsed IV DC/RF measurement equipment and Bias Tee product line.
