• I Started my career as a science & math teacher with “ Social Day Boarding Public School “ from April 2004.

• Worked with M/S Ambica Overseas (making hand tools) as chemist from june 2005 and quality and Process Controller in Electroplating Section from June 2006.

• Worked with m/s ambika overseas as shift supervisor in electroplating department from june 2005 to june 2009.

• Ambika overseas make hand tools.

• I am working as plating engineer in Hero cycle ltd. Making Honda components and bicycle. From june 2009.

Working Area

• Chemical Analysis of all kind of Ferrous & Non-ferrous Alloys , M.S & S.S ,Electroplating solution by classical weight chemical methods.

• Formation of new Nickel , Chrome , Anodizing Both etc . Solution for setting of new plants with Boiler , D.M plants , R.O plant , E.T plants.

• Supervision of bright Nickel Plating Plant , Chrome Planting Plant , Satin Nickel , Acid Zinc Plant Phosphating & Auto black.

• Supervision of Vibratory Machine ( for delining & polishing ) Effluent treatment Plant , D.M Plant & facing problem of plants & solve them .

• Testing thickness of Nickel & Chrome , Zinc & other by coulmeter , Checking Throwing Power & receptivity of Chrome & Nickel plating by Hull cell. Testing Ductility & life of jobs by Natural Sal spray Apparatus. Sleave testing by sleave tester.
