Preparation of claim. Generated as-planned versus as-built CPM bar graphs, created change order impact analysis to overall job CPM, created collapsed CPM for delay analysis. Wrote original claim briefs for project problem areas.

California Medical Center. $42 Mil. Duties included procurement of hospital equipment, supervision of subcontractor work, tracked and ordered materials and supplies.

Co-Generation Facility , City of Los Angeles. $36 Mil. Duties included management of general contractor’s CPM schedule, performed monthly updates monitoring field progress, generated schedule update narratives and logic revisions, performed quantity take-offs for formwork, earthwork, and concrete; estimated and coordinated materials and personnel for concrete pours.

APL Container Freight Terminal and Docks, Port of Los Angeles. $33 Mil. Duties included purchasing jobsite materials and supplies, responsible for submittals to owner and subcontractors, performed schedule updates, responsible for final punch lists for six buildings, acquired Building and Safety sign-offs for all facilities.
