Responsibilities -

• Supporting Office 365 for organization core e-mail system in the cloud. Documenting new procedure and submitting to the knowledge base.

• Administering and Monitoring Windows 2003/2008 servers for users Application purposes.

• Procedures (MOP) for the NOC covering escalation procedures and troubleshooting scenarios. Initiated updating floor plans and Visio diagrams that were currently in the companies system with information from site surveys
