Fabricated composite parts& assemblies through the use of blue prints and drawings. Prepaired flange and shell molds by cleaning with water or acetone, and waxing with mold release per specification. Performed prepreg layouts for radome shell by measuring, cutting,and applying material to shell mold per steps and specifications. Performed prepreg layouts for radome flange by measuring, cutting, and applying material to flange mold per steps and specifications. Performed measuring, cutting, and cleaning of honeycomb and polorizers, and applying them to the radome shell. Mixing of epoxy resins parts A and B. Performed routing of flange with fixture, band saw, and router per steps and specifications. Performed bagging and debagging, cooking with autoclave, pumps, peelply, bleeders, Ssealant 870 and sealant tape. Also cleaned lenses, and used appropriate p.p.e. as required. Use of solvents, release agents, resins and fiberglass. Bonding using adhesive sealants, FM film, Blasting, Rivet gun, Drill moter, Lock rivets, Incerts, and helacoils.
