Description:

One Warranty Solution (OWS) is a Global Program within warranty Customer Service Division. The main goal of this program is to rewrite the legacy claim processing application. The Claim Validation (CV) work stream is one of the critical releases to deliver this commitment of achieving a global claim editing process that is standard, pays the right amount, and eliminates claim variability and also provide better data faster from claim pre validation to disposition. To support this global solution OWS has decided to heavily utilize the capabilities of already proven Pega Rules process commander (PRPC) as its rules engine (BRE).

Description:

Active Solution, with its collaborated companies uses this application. They are using a number of software applications. If they find any defect in those applications they will post an issue i.e. specification about the problem in the corresponding workflow Third party suppliers also use the Issue-Sys when clients find it easier to have issues from all suppliers in one system. Another reason can be that the third party suppliers cannot provide such a system themselves.
