I could tell you about my experience: I worked for some time with

as part of their short and long term mining team where we used MINCOM

Mining Software, this was after we finished the Cachiri Coal

Exploration project with Carbozulia which is one of the parent company

of Carbones del Guasare. With Carbozulia in which I was the Project

Manager for Cachiri Exploration Project,we finished the 11.904 meters

of core drilling and produced a final report which was done in the

joint venture partners Cypruss Minerals main offices at Denver,

Colorado. The dip of the coal seams was to high for an open pit mine.

My participation in this project was as a the project manager in which

I had Administrative and technical responsibilities, Identified and

evaluated mineral reserves, budgeting and scheduling, justifications

for capital expenditures, capital business plans, liaison with the

international project’s joint venture partners ( Cyprus Coal Company

), also with national and local government officers, reports and

updates to the directors and Board, resources definition, mine

planning, camp construction, integrated mining facilities management,

procurement, logistics and purchasing, HR & HS experienced, audits,

legal documentations coordination, also did Riecito Palmar

geological Coal Basin studies ( At Riecito Palmar I did my Venezuelan

Geologo Universidad de Oriente Thesis ( I have two Geology degrees,

one from Fort Lewis College at Durango Colorado, USA and the other

from UDO Universidad de Oriente, Ciudad Bolivar, Bolivar State,

Venezuela ). Once in Riecito Palmar I did my thesis work Geologia del

Carbon Riecito Palmar, Estado Zulia for this Thesis I got 20 Points

which is the highest punctuation you can get at the Universities here

in Venezuela. At Riecito Palmar I first searched for all the previous

work ( Including Corpozulia s ) once I had all that information

including 1:25.000 and 1:10.000 base topo maps I started to plot all

the structures faults, joints, folds and formations, top and bottom

contacts, dip and strikes of every outcrop. After I had all this info

I plotted all on the 1:25.000 and 1:10.000 topos maps and came out

with the cross sections and statigraphy columns and a final report. As

well as all of this I included a complete writing descriptions of my

findings including found coal quality and estimated reserves ). I also

did work with Schlumberger field operations as a mud logger, duties

included strata geological rip descriptions, geological

classifications, and mud logger cabin duties. Finally in the mining

field and for Ferrominera del Orinoco, CVG I worked as a as a Mining

Engineer, for this purpose I went through 290 hours of mining Engineer

training and my work duties were such as Open pit Iron mines

production crew chief supervisor, truck and shovel supervisor,

drilling, blasting, crushing and conveyor belt mining train loading

operations. Next I worked with VEPICA. ( Venezolana proyectos

integrados ) as a Geotechnical Supervisor in studies for the

evaluation of rail and port facilities, including design of specs,

bids, technical and administrative duties, also dredging and off/on

shore geotech drilling. Following this job I worked as Environmental

projects supervisor with Flint Environmental Services, here I did

Environmental Engineering and Projects, studies management, surface

and subsurface oil recovery hydrogeology and enviro/geology, preparing

of the necessary documentation required by the client and the local

authorities, preparing and putting bids and tenders together. After

all this I went into developing my own computer sales Business where I

was expose to a all kind of Business situations and developed the best

practices . I am cost-aware, prepare to travel internationally ( I

have a EU Spanish Passport and a Venezuelan Passport with a USA VISA

for the next 10 years ), able to work with a multicultural

environment, have good communication skills, like to work as a team,

have the require Mine operational supervisory and technical experience

in a relevant environment, emphasizing Quality Control, Safety,

Production and Environment. For all of this experience as well as my
