Project Description

World Bank ISGEC (Information Solution Group – Enterprise Computing) Offshore development center is operating in India inside Satyam Computer Services Ltd. All their major site development activities are carried out in this ODC in Chennai. World Bank has four different environments, Development Phase to Production Phase. They include Development, Test, QA and Production. World Bank has signed contract with Satyam to develop 600 websites. The websites are being developed using IBM Websphere Application Server - E-Business Suite on Sun Solaris Platform with Oracle 9i as database. As ODC Web Administrator, I use to contribute for deployment of Enterprise Java Application in various environments, administering the IBM HTTP Server and Websphere server and customized scripting for their environment. I also extend my contribution in monitoring IHS and WAS Server and their applications.
