JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Taking initiatives for reduction in costs by minimising equipment breakdown and improving productivity by technology management.

Maintenance of all major and minor faults in the machines including Hydraulic and Pneumatic Presses.

Maintenance of the Injection Moulding ( Arburg ) Section, Paint Shop and Vaccum Metalizing Process.

Shift Handling as a Leader for Maint. Wage team.Guide the techinicians and electricians.

Breakdown Maintenance – Attending breakdowns,Manpower allocation as per skill requirement,Analysis of breakdown with corrective/preventive actions.

Preventive Maintenance – PM Planning, completion, timely updating PM checks Sheets.

Planned Maintenance – Executing planned maintenance for electrical and electronic activities.

Electrical and electronics spare part planning for all machines.

Skill improvement of maintenance operators.

Identify and implement energy conservation projects.

An effective communicator with excellent skills in building relationships. Possess strong analytical, problem solving and organisational abilities.

Participating in equipment modification & improvement projects.

Providing supply of compressed air, drinking / raw / soft / cooling / fire water to entire plant & offices as per requirement.
