Nuclear Medicine Process Improvement Project Manager
-Process Program Management; Actively managed the entire NM R&D process improvement program through daily interaction with project managers and relevant stakeholders and the maintenance of a program dashboard and roadmap.
-Product Realization Process; Led the complete overhaul of the NM PRP, working with all functions (Engineering, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Regulatory, PM Office, etc.) to ensure their deliverables were correct and complete.
-Design Change Management; Implemented the overhauled product maintenance process that led to a reduction in defect resolution cycle time of 25%.
