The objective of project “AF KLM Merger” was- “To migrate the current KLM/Amex One Card base to the new joint loyalty programme database (ISIS) managed by Air France”.
The project was TOP 100 SQP project for American Express.
Project involved analysis of the existing system, design of migration process, identify changes in existing system to capture FFP (Frequent flying programme) number instead of FD (Flying Dutch man) number in CARE database and develop the system to achieve the goal.
