§ 10 years experience as a Tradesmen
§ 4 years QA/QC Safety.
§ 8 years experience as a Construction Superintendent.
§ Aggressive, but with a pleasant demeanor, Strong people skills along with good communication skills Participated in the selection of contractors and vendors and successfully negotiated cost effective agreements. And work with in-house crews (demolition, concrete cut and patch, carpentry, millwork, doors, frames and hardware, drywall framing and hanging, acoustical ceilings and move/assemble and/or dismantle store fixtures)

§ Obtain Permits, Build and maintain job site posting board. Interfaced with governmental officials and agencies to assure compliance with regulations and permits.
§ Computer literate and proficient in a Photo Utility/ jpg files, (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Project, Power Point, Outlook, Auto Cads, Raspier) Winest and Timberline estimating
