Provided leadership and direction, (Ground up, Job Order Contract, Remodels, Build out renovation and repair of commercial and government facilities including historical buildings,). Tilt Wall, Steel, Wood, Block. Retail, Banks, Schools Restaurants,

§ 18 years construction experience

§ 10 years experience as a Tradesmen

§ 4 years QA/QC Safety.

§ 8 years experience as a Construction Superintendent.

§ Aggressive, but with a pleasant demeanor, Strong people skills along with good communication skills Participated in the selection of contractors and vendors and successfully negotiated cost effective agreements. And work with in-house crews (demolition, concrete cut and patch, carpentry, millwork, doors, frames and hardware, drywall framing and hanging, acoustical ceilings and move/assemble and/or dismantle store fixtures)

Conducted meetings with Project manager project owners, subcontractors, Architect, Engineers and client personnel to discuss project milestones and issues. with submittals, transmittals, Pay App, Developed substantial completion final punch list and submitted as built and closeout documents Maintain Meeting minutes

§ Monitored and inspected site work performance for safety, quality, and progress and contract compliance.

§ Prepare Job site SWPPP, Prepare Job Site Book and conduct weekly job site inspection. Install silt-sacks, Erosion eel, silt fence and maintain through out the project.

§ Prepared Schedule using Microsoft Project: maintain schedule, construction cost and budget estimates for all phases of construction including material cost, man-hours and revisions.

§ Obtain Permits, Build and maintain job site posting board. Interfaced with governmental officials and agencies to assure compliance with regulations and permits.

§ Computer literate and proficient in a Photo Utility/ jpg files, (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Project, Power Point, Outlook, Auto Cads, Raspier) Winest and Timberline estimating

§ I can supply my own Laptop computer, air card with Internet connection, Fax copier, scanner and a digital camera, cell phone Nextel with direct connect

§ My vehicle is a 2008 Ford super Duty, For traveling work I have a 2006 fifth wheel 37’ travel trailer with an office and garage in the rear my own tools and supplies. Pressure washer, generator, air-compressor, safety equipment and hand tools, ladders
