Maintain daily log, interface with owners, architects, structural engineer, and all city authorities, safety meetings. Obtain required permits. Mobilization of all construction materials.

The project was a $15,000,000 million dollar senior housing apartments in the City of Fountain Valley. Comprised of (4), two-story & (2), three-story apartment buildings. The project consisted of 156 apartments with a clubhouse and pool. I started the project before grading and completed all 7 structures with all wet and dry underground utilities in. The Main entrance, parking areas and streets were completed. I was 16 days ahead of schedule without an assistant.
