Responsibilities
Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site, collecting the relevant objective proofs, ensuring supervision and coordination of quality control activities on Blasting & coatings / paintings activities. Develop & maintain inspection procedure & executes the specific inspections on application activities on site, with the following role and responsibilities;
• Monitoring daily coating issues, techniques, production results, and assist with production supervisor.
• Ensure Production meet their responsibilities and Project requirements.
• To provide a focal point of production for Quality function activities for a designated Area.
• To lead the Quality team allocated to that Area and liaise with the Area Line Supervisors and Managers on day to day Quality issues.
• Implementation, management and monitoring for compliance purposes, all Quality aspects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems and requirements approved by the Company and Client.
• Coordinating with Management Team to ensure personnel assigned to the Project understand and meet Quality objectives.
