Owner and manager of a software outsourcing consultancy in Mexico doing web application development, with the following management responsibilities:

• International Team Coordination: I ensure that the relationship between our Mexican, Argentine and Guatemalan programming teams works smoothly and that teams are responsive to customer concerns, preferences and requests for information.

• Management of Customer & Internal Documentation: I manage, edit and in most cases, personally author customer documentation. I am also the primary web-writer. • Deployment of Resources: As a small consultancy, we must compete aggressively in price while maintaining a rigorous Quality Assurance regime. This implies deploying more expensive resources in measured amounts at the beginning of any project and adding lower cost resource as soon as possible, without letting quality slide.
