• Automated UI for Android Phones using Monkey runner.

• Automated and Executed Android Supplicant Test plan for different wireless chip manufactured by Broadcom using various tools including iperf and chariot.

E-Ticket Airline Reservation System

Project helping Public to make reservation comparing prices from different website .Once the reservation is made, SMS and email confirmation is sent out. Also price alerts for saved profiles, Facebook and twitter sharing, Emailing popular attractions based on destination are some of the key features of our project .

Since there is payment transaction involved, regressive UI testing has been done using selenium. We have also made use of JMeter to run multiple instances to maintain load balancing. We used database replication mechanism for backup in case of emergency.

Technology used: Core Java, JSP, JSTL, JUnit, Java Script, Selenium, JMeter, MySQL, Apache Tomcat

Voice Enabled Multiple Service Browsers

Multiple service browsers perform same functionality as that of regular browser but using speech to text conversion. When user speaks out for a search request speech is converted to text. The project is very helpful where keyboard is not comfortable like in mobile

Technology used: Core Java, Java AWT, C++, Voice Recognition Algorithms

Responsibilities:

- Gather and evaluate the requirements. Identify and resolve any gaps. Negotiate problematic requirements. Offer suggestions and guide business partners toward alternative solutions that satisfy requirements.

- Coded modules relating to User Registration

- Automated use cases using selenium and ran performance tests using JMeter

- Microsoft Project Plan to coordinate the activities of the project. Ensure that all project tasks are being completed by the responsible people.

Cost Effective High Resolution Touch Screen (55 Inch) using Microsoft Surface Computing Technology

Developed a large screen which is multi touch enabled using Microsoft surface computing technology. The project enables one to have large multi touch screen which is cost effective. Project makes use of software called Reactivation and a touchlib function (built by me in C++).

Technology used: Microsoft SDK, C ++, .net .

The above project is published in international publication (JIET 2010)

Responsibilities:

- Built touchlib library in C++ for touch gestures

- Assembled parts and constructed the touch interface making use of projector and IR webcam

- Tested touch surface for multiple gestures handling using Reactivation

Distributed Healthcare Management System

Project enables Patients to make appointment, view their history, view prescriptions, view lab results.

SMS and Email confirmation will be sent for appointment schedule and cancellation.

NFC based m-Healthcare application focusing on Security, Privacy and Performance

This application will revolutionized the way public interact in Hospitals. Client is an Android based and making use of NFC we provide simplified solution for user registration, payment transactions and lab reports maintenance.
