● Lead and develop team who supervise warehouse associates and support distribution, warehousing, planning and manufacturing functions for site.

● Plan manufacturing for 600 SKUs with an annual volume of 70MM and collaborate with sister sites to produce an additional 120MM through packaging and sterilization.

● Provide key support to projects that impact Process Excellence, asset reconfiguration, raw material changes, new products and launching existing products in new markets.

● Managed integration of distribution and warehousing teams into one Materials Management organization. Led cross training of Inventory Specialists and distribution/warehouse associates to increase flexibility and HC efficiencies.

● Led Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) that eliminated man caused process deviations created during distribution. During CAPA process, mentored Materials Management Facilitator to achieve Lean Green Belt through creation of standard work.

● Guided Supply Chain interns through creation of Key Process Indicator reports for daily discussions. Interns collected voice of customer; developed monthly trends for execution and work in process level; trained facilitators to execute the reports.

● Led consolidation of box raw material suppliers that impacted four North America manufacturing locations. Supervised Project Associate’s work for conversion. Converted 330 raw materials consumed in 7,000 finished good with no stock outs.

● Served as Labeling Team Lead for creation of new legal entity which required worldwide country registration and execution of raw material change control process. Supervised Supply Chain Project Associate and managed Labeling Team’s cross functional associates for country registration, design control and implementation. 80% of volume was implemented eight months from initial go-live. Budgeted $1.2MM for labeling conversion with latest estimate of $600K in December 2010.

Capacity Planner San Angelo, TX January 2007 – February 2008

● Planned manufacturing for made to order business which included 1,800 SKUs with annual volume of 98K and $37MM of gross revenue. Implemented schedule to more effectively prioritize customer requirements and identify raw material constrains for made to order business. Collaborated with external customers for SKUs produced.

● Redesigned and implemented reporting process that supported daily plant metrics. Reduced weekly run time from 20 hours to 45 minutes through automation.

JDE Integrations Analyst San Angelo, TX January 2006 – January 2007

● Conducted define meetings to write business functional requirements for JD Edwards enhancements. Lead developers from design to validation on software lifecycle. Documented and trained users to use newly deployed software. Developed communication applications between Cordis and Ethicon.

● Lead site for validation of software upgrades.
