Jul 2011 – Jan 2012, Tester, Avaya Richardson, AS5300 Enterprise LSC project Feature Verification and System Verification activities.

Worked as a software tester, including lab support, test environment preparation, feature and code testing, and collaborating with design teams to improve the code.

• Commissioned, integrated, supported, and end-to-end tested Microsoft OCS R1/R2/SA Front-End Servers and Mediation Servers, SSL, GWC in a carrier grade call server network, including call agents, session border controllers, and virtual machines. Integrated OCS as a SIP PBX in many design activities.

• Participated in many design activities, including creating test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

• Performed maintenance, upgrade, and test case creation/execution on cs2k and cs2k ATCA components, such as Core, GWC, SSL, ATCA/LTE VSE.

• Installed, serviced, supported, and tested actualization on wide range of PBX boxes, such as Avaya, OCS, BCM, asterisk, cs1k, cisco, pingtel, SBC, ACME, S3, and A2.

• Tested SIP PBX features and attributes, such as multihome, call traffic, re-route, capacity management, and call transfer.

• Tested a wide variety of VOIP call service configurations.

• Performed TDM technology tests on wide range of line GWs such as mediatrix, ibn, ebs, bri, mg9k.

• The system for following the sun included a mechanical circuit and a timer driver circuit.
