1) Client: Toyota Motors Asia pacific.

Project: SAP HR Kaizen

Duration: May ‘07 – till date

Toyota Motors is presently the world’s second largest automaker and the largest Japanese automaker. Toyota has become the largest seller of cars in the beginning of 2007 and the most profitable automaker.

Toyota has implemented SAP R/3 as its Enterprise Resource Planning. It consists of modules like HR, FI, SD, and MM etc.

The HR support project involves HR Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Travel management and Payroll. As a team member responsible for

 Leading a team of three and provided customer support on technical/functional issues encountered in production system.

 Liaising with clients and offshore team on development, issues and allocation of work to team.

 Specialization in Personnel Administration Master Data.

 Created and enhanced dynamic actions and info type menus. Applied changes to personnel actions via dynamic actions.

 Setting up of info groups for personnel Actions like Hiring, Organization Reassignment, Promotion etc.

 Conceptualized on the technical design to address new requirements.

 Development of Inbound Interface program, which calls UNIX shell Script in the application server and update Thailand Tax infotype .

Duration: Oct ‘06 – Apr ‘07

All State is one of the leading US Insurance Company with around 75 years of presence in market. Allstate Insurance Co completed its implementation of the SAP HR module and went live as on Mar 28 ’05. Syntel was given the responsibility of supporting this component using the global delivery model; given the experience it has doing other projects on a host of other platforms & services for Allstate.

The HR support project involves HR Organizational Management, Personnel Administration and Payroll. As a team member responsible for

 Maintenance support for payroll Year end.

3) Client: ITC Limited.

Project: SAP PORT

Duration: June ‘06 – Sept ‘06

The project aims at implementing SAP at ITC, an Indian FMCG ranked among 33 Indian Companies in the Forbes 2000 list.

 Development of PA info type using table control and text editor control.

 Enhancement of PA and PD info type.

 Automatic Vendor Code creation while creating 'Joining Action' in info type.

 RFC Function Module to transfer data between Enterprise Portal and SAP R/3 which in turn triggers respective Workflows.

 PA User Exit.

4) Client: Siemens Information Systems Ltd.

Project: Siemens HR INDIA

Duration: January ‘05 – May ‘06

The project aims at implementing SAP in performing HR activities of Siemens Information System Ltd, Siemens ltd and Siemens Shared Services Ltd. As a team member responsible for analyzing functional requirements in SAP-HR module and realize it in SAP.

 Created EE Master Data with all the required info types in desired sequence, and demonstrated all necessary Personnel actions on EE Master Data.

 Creating control record and configuring payroll procedures by defining payroll periods, period modifiers and payroll past retro accounting period, pay scale structure for different employee subgroups and personnel sub areas.

 Creation Info types for PA Module, where in added many utilities like different screen for different Subtype.

 Enhanced SAP Standard Info types with new fields and dynamic call of info type field and their data.

 BDC & LSMW to upload data in SAP as well as Customer Info types for PA, OM, FI and payroll Modules of HR.

 Creation of PA & payroll reports on Smart forms and ALV Grid.

 Written User Exits to set validations for Standard Info types of SAP.

 Generated Report programs For FI interface with SPIRIDON and report programs For Sap Hr – JD Edwards interface.

 SAP queries, sap-scripts development, BAdi Enhancements; development of HR-FI interface, end-user training etc.

5) Client: IVL India Pvt Ltd.

Project: HRMS- Payroll

Duration: 1 month (January 2005)

The project aims to implement all the HR activities including hiring, time management and payroll. As a team member responsible for implementing payroll in IVL India Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, configuring payroll, programming reports on PA & Payroll areas etc.

6) Client: IVL India Pvt. Ltd.

Project: Pharmacy Management System

Duration: 1 month (November 2004)

As a team member responsible for development of this SAP add-on product. Pharmacy management system cater all the functions of a pharmacy including management of material master details, purchase order details, sales details etc. The responsibilities include various report generation.

Major technologies used: ABAP/4, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, Module Pools.
