I prepare meals and snacks for them on a daily basis. I make sure they get to their extra-curricular activities if they have any. Distribute medications if needed, make sure everyone gets their needs taken care of throughout their day.
From April 2011 back to October 2010 I was a stay at home mom to my two children. Until I found this good and blessed job opportnity.

Watching that all employees were doing their jobs precisely and carefully. Check with supervisors to make sure all employees in their area was doing their job. Checking on other QAs if they needed help, or breaks. Supervise all product and employees to make sure all product is cleaned and packaged under USDA specifications. When floor production is stopped for what ever reason I make sure no product is affected or contaminated and solve the problem as quickly as possible.
