Selected Achievements & Skills

Innovation: Recruited into the eCommerce industry to serve as a client facing Program Director for GSI Commerce (2008 – 2010), focused on driving sales by generating new directions for eCommerce strategy. I leveraged my communication, consulting, collaboration and technical delivery skills focusing on building partner relationships, defining and leading the implementation of new initiatives spanning market leading functionality, SEM, CRM, Multi-Channel delivery, site re-designs and re-platforms. Efforts resulted in conversion of clients to reference clients, as well as driving over $70 million in new revenue.

Market leading re-platform: Charged with managing the global Health and Welfare Benefits Administration platform for EDS (2005 – 2008), I was responsible for all platform administration, development and support, with a global organization of over 125. Upon assuming the role, I recognized a constraint on market leadership and client profitability due to the platform architecture. As a result of successful collaboration with business leaders I delivered a leading edge platform, offering a SaaS market capability and enabling low cost response to regulatory changes and client customizations.
