January 1990 – Present Endsley Musical Productions, San Francisco, CA Private Performances/Management, A & R search and placement and Production. Recruit, coach and promote vocalists and instrumentalists developing musical styles, including opera, musical theatre, jazz, R & B, rock, standards, classical, contemporary, and church music. Promote and coach singers and actors for stage productions, recording sessions, vocal competitions and church performances, including building repertoire and performance techniques. Producer with marketing contacts and studio engineer expertise offered with contracting artists.

June 1983 - August 1996 Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company d/b/w Endsley Entertainment Productions -Featured Entertainer, Entertainment Director and Agent Conceived a master plan for the entertainment program opening the first five Ritz-Carlton Hotels including Atlanta, Buckhead, Boston, Rancho Mirage and San Francisco. Coordinated vast entertainment orders for all catering, conference services and convention events. Responsibilities included recruitment and booking all musicians for each food and beverage outlet as well as drafting entertainment agreements between entertainers and The Ritz-Carton. Managed financial budgets with three California property accounts consecutively with a total budget of $3.1 million annually. Job required all corporate and legal licensing, accounts receivable/payable, paying of commissions and preparations of quarterly financial forecasts. Supervisors were Horst Schulze, C.E.O., Herve Humler, International V.P., Sigi Brauer, V.P., Wolfgang Baere and Marcus Bekhit.
