After purchase, responsibilities included overseeing an 8 person staff for all planning, engineering and construction for the Estrella Community.
Communicated with elected officials and City of Goodyear staff on entitlement of the Estrella Community and regional issues.
Worked with residential and commercial customers on potential purchase and necessary entitlements of property in Estrella.
Served as President of the Estrella Homeowner Associations.
Worked with Las Vegas, NV elected officials and City Staff under a Development Management Agreement for construction of a 60 acre urban infill development to revitalize downtown Las Vegas.
