 After purchase, responsibilities included overseeing an 8 person staff for all planning, engineering and construction for the Estrella Community.

 Worked with residential and commercial customers on potential purchase and necessary entitlements of property in Estrella.

 Served as President of the Estrella Homeowner Associations.
