Letter of Reference for Ryan Forbes
I met Mr. Forbes while he was employed by one of our repeat clients. Mr Forbes was acting as a project manager/job superintendent at a construction site for a structure that we had designed. As the licensed architect and owner of my company, Ryan’s questions and phone calls demonstrated that he had good construction methodology and construction knowledge. He demonstrated an ability in the field to make the correct decisions in a timely manner. His phone calls were addressed with questions and solutions to aid in the final decisions. I feel I can speak confidently about him. I have provided a brief outline pertaining to him personally and professionally.
Character Ryan displayed leadership and guidance to contractors in the field.
Contractors did not perceive him as a threat but as someone to work with
leadership skills.
Ethics His moral philosophy developed a sense of trust with contractors. He not
only knew the difference between right and wrong, but displayed these ethics
on a daily basis.
Strengths He excelled in his logical and sequential thought process and business mind.
He guided the contractors to ensure he got the outcome he was looking for in
the time frame needed.
Building Department The local building department had a high regard for him and his construction
