• Operated and maintained the ECGS (Enhanced Communications Gateway System) which allow messages to be received and sent to following destination according to Routing Indicator.
• Remote Service Desk (Remedy ITSM). Performed the best customer service and ensuring we met their needs in Help Desk.
• AMHS (Automated Message Handling System). Much older form of ECGS but allowed us to create messages in format lining. Sent test messages hourly to ensure connectivity to distant end.
• I monitored the circuits and their ports, as well as observed their statuses to the respective distant ends.
• I also had a role in operating the 114th Remedy ITSM Service Desk within NGC-R (National Gateway Center – Raven Rock); assisting a broad customer-base by putting in trouble tickets as needed, all while giving the best service possible.
• Monitored transmitting and receive of messages through the SCOPE.
