Scheduling/perform preventive maintenance services (P.M.S.) on diesel engine generator Cummins kta 50-G3,G8.G9, engine capacity 42 MW, exciter, alternator , electrical auxiliaries, instrumentation, and other units in plant.

Assist preparations of schedule and materials needed during maintenance and overhauling.

Supervise all electrical operators, maintenance and labor personnel.

Initiate fail to close paralleling breaker,high/low dc voltages, high/low ac voltages, eeprom,customer fault.Phase rotation over current short circuit reverse power, loss of excitation trouble in plant at any time during in need.

Scheduling/perform preventive maintenance services (P.M.S.) on diesel engine generator MAK 16 M 453 AK, engine capacity 15 MW, motors, air compressors, pumps, generator exciter, alternator , electrical auxiliaries, instrumentation, and other units in plant.

Assist preparations of schedule and materials needed during maintenance and overhauling.

Supervise all electrical operators, maintenance and labor personnel.

Initiate major trouble in plant at any time during in need.

Implement standard operating procedures (S.O.P.).

Make the plant organize and kept in safety program.

Responsible for power loading/unloading of available engine at control side.

Supervise for synchronizing available generator to Bus line.

Monitoring and switching of switchgear.

Installs, maintains and repair wiring systems, sets power and lighting boards and panels, connects motors and controls, installs fixtures and checks and tests electrical equipment before putting into service. Removes and installs electric motors, repairs and adjusts contactors and controllers. Performs PM on electrical equipment. Salvages all material required on assigned job; makes verbal and written reports to supervisor on conditions or problems encountered on the job. Disassembles electrical equipment and performs test on disassembled mechanical/electrical parts using measuring equipment. Repairs and replaces defective mechanical/electrical parts. Analyzes faults using the required test equipment (Megger meters, clamp-on ammeters and others). Makes mechanical/electrical repairs on A.C. and D.C. electrical equipment using measuring tools.
