Support and maintenance of IBM Travel Web application. Consists of 5 inter-linked Lotus Notes databases. Travel Web is a web-based application used to record all IBM accredited hotels in specific geographies.
Support and maintenance of IBM and Geodis COLT database. A contracts database for IBM Procurement.
Support of SSMS (Services Strategic Supplier Management System) application - a Lotus Notes database that has an LEI connection to a DB2 database.
Troubleshoot application/hardware/network related issues.
AP Measurements Senior Support (June 2008 – June 2009)
Handled measurements reports (Metrics, Utilization, Leave Summary, Timesheets, etc.) for IBM Australia and Telstra. Reports are submitted weekly to stakeholders at a scheduled day.
Part of knowledge transfer team sent to Australia to transition project in the Philippines.
Determine and started creating configuration documents that are suitable for the project such as change management process, user manuals, system documentations, architectural overview, disaster recovery plan, data recovery plan, etc.
The team used vbscript and macro for developing databases in MS Access and MS Excel.

Flexible Benefits Malaysia/Philippines – The application is used for Flexible Benefits enrolments of Malaysia and Philippines.
Malaysia Staff and Event Tracking – The application is used to record staff movement and profiles of Malaysia.
Indonesia Medical – The application is used to reimburse medical claims of ID.

Team Lead for the following enhancements
SG Travel and Local Expense Claims (Interim solution to GNA server) –The project is to add a new function that will enable both databases to lookup in Staff database but in a different server.
Flexible Benefits Philippines and Malaysia (Accessibility Compliance) – To comply FlexBen db with Accessibility Compliance Standards of IBM. Accessibility Compliance is making sure that applications are accessible by sight impaired people.
Flexible Benefits Philippines and Malaysia (Archive Database) – This enhancement’s objective is to create a new database which will serve as a repository of discarded and archived documents. An archive database’s purpose is to ensure data integrity by keeping the history of the document.
Lotus Notes Tester
Test all supported Notes 6 applications by AS Philippines and ensure all database functionalities are not affected once databases are migrated in a Notes 7 environment.

PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PHDCR System (DHL Philippines Daily Collection Report) - An online application that records DHL cashier’s daily collections. It also assigns the OR (Official Receipt) numbers to be used on each service center of DHL Philippines. Records are stored manually or by uploading and reading excel files using ftp. After DCR is saved, the system generates a printed report for the cashiers and a text file for the finance department. The text file is used to upload in another program. This application was developed using ASP and SQL Server 2000 as its database.
Training for PHDCR users
Maintenance of DHL Intranet page.
Developed SMSExtract - a program that allows users to send SMS messages via email using SMS Toolkit v1.1.
Developed a program that allows users to view their phone bills.
Installed required applications on PCs and setup LAN.
Ran backup three times a week on servers.
