SUMMARY:
Mr. Williams has ** years experience in a wide range of industrial hygiene and occupational health and safety projects, from a Project Manager capacity and from working independently on numerous projects in Oregon and in the other western states. His supervisory and managerial experience is wide, and extensive; and is varied in scope and type. Recent projects include lead paint and asbestos assessment and abatement management, exposure assessments, indoor air quality investigations, environmental site assessments, permit documentation and preparation, waste management consulting and waste transport, MSDS List compliance, and preparation of project specifications, contract documents, training of internal and clients' staff, and environmental remediation, and cost estimating of all phases of mitigations. Mr. Williams has routinely and effectively worked with and for diversified groups of and numbers of people, including construction personnel, remediation teams, executive management and sales, in a variety of project settings, including commercial and industrial facilities, residential environments, schools, hospitals, and office buildings. He is also accustomed to working independently. His working knowledge of federal (OSHA, EPA, ANSI), state, and local regulations, and his ability to immediately assess anticipate and foresee potentially hazardous or unsafe conditions, and then create fast safety-first solutions, minimizes the potential hazards of the work environment. His thorough knowledge of proper sampling procedures, proper instrument and equipment use and experience ensures evaluations that are concise, detailed, complete--produced with accuracy and efficiency. He has conducted in-compliance site inspections and meetings with property owners and regulatory personnel. Mr. Williams has also conducted numerous industrial hygiene surveys for a wide range of occupational and environmental issues and concerns, including: toxic metals, carbon monoxide, organic vapors, bacteria's, molds, dust particulates, radon and noise levels and for hazardous materials in work-places for right-to-know compliance.
Components of these assessments included walk-through site investigations, air sampling and monitoring, HVAC system assessment, and individual and group interviews with building occupants
Mr Williams is also a Senior Disaster Restoration Specialist, and has managed and directed hundreds of projects.
