• OAR Consultant to Los Angeles Unified School District to design and manage the installation and/upgrade of lighting, HVAC, Electric Power switch gear and CCTV systems for 780 schools in the district. Developed all drawings for the projects and put them out to bid.
• Controlled and manage obsolete lighting projects with a $210 million budget for 280 schools. Managed and coordinated 6 contractors in replacing all incandescent fixtures with energy-saving HID lighting and retrofit all F-40 fluorescent lamps and ballast to energy saving T-8 lamps and electronic ballast.
• Designed and managed 30 CCTV Projects a $15 million budget to prevent vandalism on selected high schools.
• Designed and specified the requirements to provide energy saving HVAC equipment with a $300 million dollar budget for 210 schools. Managed schedules and costs to come in on time and within budget.
