Took charge of the Data Services division of Single Touch at a critical stage in the company’s growth. Brought the STI Abbreviated Dialing Codes (ADC) platform to the mass market focusing on retail clients. Also developed a premium data model for Nextel Mexico, based in Mexico City.
• Responsible for introducing premium elements of ADC platform to major media companies like BET and MTV
• Played a role in delivering key elements for a successful IPO
• Captured largest client, Wal-Mart Stores, in partnership with AT&T Long Distance
• Developed strategy around Wal-Mart pharmacy ADC application, which allowed customers to be alerted when their prescriptions were ready to be picked up
AT&T Mobility (formally Cingular Wireless) Atlanta, GA 4/05 - 2/08
Director – Mobile Marketing and Interactive Media
Created and ran third party data business (called “Off-Portal”) for AT&T Mobility, the largest wireless carrier in the US. Led the development, implementation, compliance, marketing, promotions and bottom-line P&L for the entire division.
• Grew Off-Portal revenue from $0 to over $500M per year by 2008.
• Delivered industry leading third party distribution strategy that created a billion dollar industry segment, and was the precursor to mobile app distribution models that we see today.
• Championed the business model to all North American carriers, and led the push for a single industry compliance model through various industry organizations
• Chaired the Consumer Best Practices Committee for the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), as well as sat on the MMA Board of Directors

Displayed extraordinary creativity in selling complex wireless solutions into Fortune 500 companies. GOAMERICA CORPORATION Hackensack, NJ 2/00 – 10/02
Business Development Manager
Responsible for creating 3rd Party Dealer relationships for the GoAmerica mobile browser, the first real mobile web browser to run on the CDPD, ARDIS and Mobitex networks.
• Managed the relationship with Research in Motion (RIM) and executed the contract for the GoAmerica browser to be pre-loaded on all ARDIS and Mobitex data devices. (Precursors to the Blackberry)
• Managed carrier relationships with ARDIS, Rogers Canada and Bell Canada

Helped to lead the sales launch of the Sprint PCS wireless voice network in the Chicago market. Was responsible for selling wireless services to enterprise customers in the Chicago area.

Indirect Distribution Manager
Responsible for developing a Nationwide indirect sales channel for the nation’s first terrestrial wireless data network. Worked in diverse verticals such as Transportation, Financial and Workforce Management.
• Sold first ever wireless Point-of-Sale solution. This involved the complex management of modem manufacturers, payment processors, credit card companies and merchants.
HARTFORD COMPUTER GROUP Inverness, IL 5/91 - 10/95
Co-Founder and Director - Personal Computing Division
Created groundbreaking after-market personal computer ecosystem and trading platform from college apartment. After college graduation, moved to corporate headquarters to continue growth of used/refurbished PC trading platform, and also helped form a new division focused on the distribution of PC systems and services to “Fortune 1000” clients.
• Drove sales for Personal Computing Division from $0 in 1993 to over $300M in 1995
• Developed first wireless reseller program in the US through Ameritech’s (now AT&T) CDPD network selling the EO device
