Provided back up for the supervisor and sub-foreman position, where I assisted with delivering job tasks for the day to employees. Signed off on completed projects and communicated effectively with management. Designed, maintained and supervised the installation of various electrical systems. Such as high voltage transformers, switchgear units, power distribution (480vac-24vac/dc), electrical panels, lighting systems and HVAC systems. Installed and maintain motors and pumping equipment for deep tunnel (300ft underground) and laser lined them for offset and soft foot applications. Designed and fabricated power supplies using crystal’s to develop blue-laser for maximum output, which was used to test dosimeter badges and X-ray equipment for radiation protection devices. Programmed, debugged and analyzed ladder logic programs for Allen Bradley Rockwell Automation Controllers, which used software for RSLogix, Panel View, 1747 SLC 500/ SLC 5, Ultra Master and DeviceNet Network. Also developed complete power distribution systems and panel layouts from 480vac to 24vac/dc for automation equipment, robotic equipment, conveyor systems and computerize HVAC units.

Designed power distribution systems (480vac-24vac/dc-5vttl), start/stop circuits, complete panel layout and program PLC’s for Allen Bradley and Omron Logic Controller’s. For equipment such as motors and servo drive, elevators, conveyor systems, printing units, robots, injection molding units and all new equipment installation for cellular batteries and a special designed floor to eliminate static grounding. Operation and design of methanol distilling system with explosion proof roof.

Electrical Supervisor for 23 employees on all three shifts, I had the task of hiring, firing and interviewing potential employees. I had to design, modify and upgrade motors, blowers, conveyor systems, presses (Bruno and Hamilton presses), and storage tank with millitronic measuring devices, Chiller system for heating/cooling units and various complex electrical systems throughout the company to pass OSHA requirements.
