Led test automation team of 23 staff in US and China, disbursed within globally distributed development organizations. Established the team mission to enhance and expand test automation and to provide continuous improvement of test coverage and quality for our flagship products.
* Led a team of technical writers and QE engineers in the analysis OPC data and improved customer PMR (Problem Management Record) reporting. This led to the resolution of 60% of existing high-profile customers long-standing APAR issues and resulted in the creation of an interactive planning and implementation wizard to aid customers in the initial setup of ClearCase.
* Achieved coordination of team efforts between qa, development, customer support and marketing to ensure a uniform and cohesive understanding and a high quality, timely, and cost effective product for company customers, both internal and external.
* Collaborated with customer support and development teams to review and resolve customer reported issues leading to creation of over 100 new automated tests.
* Researched and resolved the cause of all Severity One issues from the last major release, resulting in the creation and/or updating of 80 test cases.

* Reduced in-house test harness defect count by 57%.
* Created 'Development Regression' automated test suites, providing coverage of up to 70% of core.
