Project management tasks I was responsible for pull the building permit, oversee budget tracking / cost controls, comply with laws / regulations, secure required permits / utility services, review proposals / requirements and until closeout the project.

Project Consultant; Toda America Corporation, Cypress, CA (2006-2008)

Calbee project in Fairfield, CA

The project was design-build contract and schedule to complete within (3) month that the time I was called. Responsibilities were to find out all problems and make real schedule then oversee the project to complete. The project was completed within the client’s schedule.

Kobelco project in Corona, CA

Client (Kobelco) direct contract with architect / engineers for the project, miscommunication between them, my responsibilities are to find out their problems and fix them. The construction drawings and schedule modified to the requirement. The project was completed with in the client’s schedule.

Pioneer Electronics Technology Project in Pomona, CA

The project is transfer all their equipment Chino Hill, CA to Pomona, CA including the building modifications for both buildings. My responsibilities are to complete design build estimate and project schedule. The project was completed within the budget and schedule which first time for the Pioneer.
