Summary
1996 – 2010 (14 years) – Lead Superintendent (with Project Manager duties)
Lead Superintendent building multi-family mixed use podium deck and slab on grade projects in the $15 million to $42 million range. Podium deck jobs had underground parking and 1st floor commercial.
• Lead Superintendent duties include: complete supervision and responsibility for all company employees and all subcontractors on site. Developing, implementing and managing the production schedule and supervising all subcontractors to maintain costs, schedule, and quality. All phases of construction: land clearing, excavation, on and off site improvements, concrete, buildings, paving, landscaping, all inspections, job completion and closeout. Maintain OSHA, SWPPP, PM10 dust control requirements. Conduct weekly jobsite coordination meetings and maintain daily logs. Liason between Owners, Partners, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors.
• Project Managing duties include: Develop project schedule, develop Scopes of Work, Bidding, Buyout, supervise monthly draws, and Job Closeout.
1990 – 1996 (6 years) – Lead Superintendent
Started as Assistant Superintendent and advanced to Lead Superintendent in the first year. Fast paced, production and semi-custom single family attached and detached home projects.
1982 – 1989 (7 years)
High School and college years were spent as Assistant Superintendent on single family detached projects, and also Kitchen/Bath remodeling, during summers and breaks in the school year.

2004 – 2009 (5 years) Greystone Multi Family Builders
Central and Bell Apartments - $22 million - Phoenix, AZ - Slab on grade. Type V. For rent apartments. 228 units. Nine buildings.
The Clubhouse Apartments - $18 million - La Quinta, CA - Slab on grade. Type V. For rent apartments. 149 units. Nineteen buildings. Also performed many Project Manager duties, including developing scopes of work, bidding and buyout, etc.
2003 – 2004 (1 year) D.R. Horton (Western Pacific Housing)
Park Avenue West - $23 million - San Diego, CA - Podium deck. Type V. For sale condominiums. 120 units. Two buildings, 5 and 6 story. Two elevators. Two levels of underground parking and 1st floor commercial.
1996 – 2003 (7 years) Great West Contractors LLC
Laurel Bay Apartments - $26 million - San Diego, CA - Podium deck. Type V. For rent apartments. 150 units. Four buildings, 4 ½ story. Four elevators. Three levels of underground parking. 1st floor commercial. Also performed many Project Manager duties, such as developing scopes of work, bidding and buyout, etc.
Meadows at Meridian - $28 million - Englewood, CO - Slab on grade. Type V. For rent apartments. 450 units. Twenty six buildings.
Mockingbird Station – $42 million - Dallas, TX - Podium deck. Four story warehouse conversion to seven floors of “for rent” apartments. The complex also had three buildings, one level of underground parking, two elevators, and one movie theatre. Served in an “Owner’s Representative” position on this project. Reorganized the 3rd party contractor, increased quality and put the project back on schedule.
Club 1201 - $20 million - Hillsboro, OR - Slab on grade. Type V. For rent apartments. Remodeled and switched to for sale condominiums near the end of the project. 210 units. Twenty one, two story buildings w/attached garages. Two leasing buildings connected by bridge over wetlands.
Quatama Crossing - $30 million - Beaverton, OR - Slab on grade. Type V. For rent apartments. 711 units. Twenty eight, 3 story buildings. Finished well under budget and 1 year ahead of schedule.
Lonetree Village - $8 million - Estes Park, CO - Slab on grade. Type V. For rent apartments. 57 units. Eleven, two story building
1990 – 1996 (6 years) Falcon Homes
Six different projects - Englewood, CO - Single family detached homes. Progressed from Assistant to Superintendent quickly.
Successfully managed six subdivisions of homes through the course of six years.
Homes ranged from 2200-4200 sq. ft. with various custom changes.
Supervised and trained two superintendents and two assistant superintendents while
running three sites simultaneously.
Personally chosen to build a 5800 sf. duplex for the owner of the company in Vail, CO.
