Duties and responsibilities: Audio-Visual Specialist (June 12, 2007 – present)
•Provides audio-visual support services during plenary sessions, committee meetings, seminars, conferences and other similar occasions as required.
•Maintains and performs minor repairs on sound system equipment and accessories.
•Keeps custody of audio-visual equipment and accessories to ensure effective safekeeping and handling.
•Performs other related tasks as may be required from time to time.
Duties and responsibilities: Designated Supply Officer (July 1, 2003 – June 11, 2007)
• Responsible for the safekeeping, accountability and issuance of tools, supplies, equipments and materials for the day-to-day conduct of maintenance services;
• Update of records of daily issuance of tools, supplies, equipments and materials, conducting regular inventory and monitoring of stock level for the day to day maintenance activities;
• Responsible for the retrieval of tools/equipments issued to respective technicians used for the day to day maintenance services and attends to safekeeping of tools and equipment received/withdrawn from our Procurement and Supply Services;
• Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials and attends to the follow-up of the approval for the expeditious procurement of the same;
• Attends to the conduct of inventory of supplies and materials and recommends to respective group heads requisitions of the same according to available level of stocks;
• Attends to the inspection of deliveries and acceptance of supplies and materials.
Duties and responsibilities: Leadman/Electrician (April 5, 1993 – June 30, 2003)
•Attends to the troubleshooting, repair and replacement of defective electrical systems, including fixtures and devices; install, maintain and repair electrical equipment such as heaters, lighting, motors, panel boards and switchboards.
•Attends to the repairs of all electrical wiring systems and other electrical equipments.
•Attends to the implementation of work programs, special projects and improvement of all electrical equipment, facilities and devices;
•Attends to the monitoring, activation and deactivation of electrical controls, distribution panels, distribution transformers, elevators, perimeter lights, fire alarm systems, timers and the general lighting systems, including utility metering around the complex;
•Attends to the care and maintenance of the emergency generator and monitors the operation of the same in case of power failures and interruptions;
•Attends to the care and maintenance of the Indoor Power Substation including the High and Low Voltage Switchgears and the Automatic transfer switch;
•Performs other related tasks as may be required from time to time.
