Implement rent increases and maintained 90% occupancy while the city was going thru an unemployment slump.

3/99 – 7/04 Schlemmer Management Company Greensburg, IN

Property Manager

Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of 210 unit apartment complex. Increased occupancy from 79% to 91%. Effected new rate schedule to enhance revenue. Duties included extensive customer service, showing and leasing apartments, supervision of 4 maintenance personnel, overseeing all maintenance functions, and ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing Laws.
