* Responsible for launching many Intel based servers by communicating plans, strategies and changes to manufacturing sites. Worked as part of a global team with manufacturing sites in Shenzhen China, Guadalajara Mexico, Hungary, and the US to get manufacturing lines set up for production. Traveled to various international locations including, Mexico and China as required.

* Drove savings of over $200K in avoided scrap / rework charges. Managed, developed and enhanced the Engineering Change cost process for engineering changes that required scrap and / or rework costs. Reviewed and approved all cost EC's to ensure changes provided ROI to IBM and its customers.

* Part of a global team responsible for setting up a new prototype manufacturing line in Shenzhen China. Activities included numerous correspondence, conference calls and spending time in China during initial phase to assist with training and validation.
