Responsible for all facets, domestic and international, of Customer Care, as well as requirements resulting from the purchase of the Gas Division by Celerity. Improved Customer Care and Call Center metrics during significant IT and Corporate changes.
3/2001 – 7/2006 North American Customer Service Manager Mykrolis
Responsible for all aspects of Customer Care while managing an Oracle upgrade and implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley procedures in the Order Management module. When I was initially assigned as Customer Service Manager, this was a troubled department which was causing problems within the plant and, more importantly, with customers. In less than a year, I totally turned this around, with the department receiving very favorable reviews in the plant as well from customers and Field sales and service personnel.
3/1996 -3/2001 Logistics Manager Millipore
Responsible for all material movement into, within, and out of our facility. Managed Inventory and Shipping modules during domestic and European Oracle upgrade from 10.7 to 11i, with no disruption experienced in product shipment or production. Concurrently implemented Oracle Cycle Count Program in our Allen facility and lead my two departments in consistently attaining the highest cycle count accuracy within our plant.
