Start-up Law firm speculating in Social Security Disability Law
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Designed, implemented and facilitated the set up of a new law office which separated from a large Boston firms. Implemented all operational processes including; hiring and training staff, telecommunication, information technologies, document management, policy and procedures, and case analysis guidelines.

Promoted from the corporate Finance Department to reorganize a failing division which processed hospital third party liability claims for Motor Vehicle Accident, Workers Compensation and General Liability.
