POLYGRAPH (LIE DETECTOR)

Description : It is based on the principle that when a person tells a lie the various parameters of the body are fluctuated from its set of ranges.

• This machine detects the lie by measuring four biological parameters of the body i.e.:

i) Pulse rate

ii) Galvanic skin resistance

iii) Blood pressure

iv) Breathing rate

Software Used :i) Mega32 Code

ii) Matlab Code

Hardware Used :i) Plethysmograph

ii) GSR Meter

iii) Breathing Rate Meter

iv) Audio Preamplifier

v) Atmel Atmega Mega32L Microcontroller

vi) Dual OPAMP.

Role Played : Made circuits of Plethysmograph, GSR Meter, Breathing Rate Meter & Audio Preamplifier and explained about the nature of those circuits.
