Open auto dealership reserve accounts by entering dealer information into the Spectrum software

Examine loan packages received from the dealer to ensure that the documents submitted meet the standards SCCU has established for completeness and accuracy, prior to issuance of the loan proceeds to the dealer

Communicate to the dealers any deficiencies identified in the indirect loan documentation within a specified period of time, following loan approval and prior to closing, to ensure missing documents are submitted and /or that corrections to documents are completed.

Disburse indirect loans by way of check or ACH origination within a specified period of time of receiving a completed package.
