In charge of the QA department managing staff of 12 QA Engineers and defining the QA strategy for multi-million dollars projects. Allocate QA personnel and equipment resources and set QA staff/funds. Plan, organize and chair requirements formal inspection; organize and conduct department training. Review, approve, and supervise laboratory simulations. Analyze and purchase the Automation, Performance, code coverage and Defect Management tools. Roll out weekly QA summary reports for senior management detailing quality issues, project risks, and progress status. Used creative techniques to cut department cost and enhance team efficiency.

Managing a team of 12 QA engineers with continuous feedback on job performance, needed training, and daily tasks
