• Professionally qualified Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 17 years industrial experience and having electrical supervisor license from Electrical licensing board (shimla) .Himachal Pradesh.

• ITI in Electrician trade from ITI shahpur with 82% marks.

• 3 month course in computer basics(M.S World.M.S Excel,M.S Power point, Internet etc)

Responsibilities:-

• Over all preventive maintenance knowledge of Electrical & Utilities Deptt. HT Yard, DG’s, HVAC, Air-Compressors, UPS System, Power Distribution System, Boilers & Incinerators.

• Timely & Proper handling of breakdowns, maintenance & analysis of all critical breakdowns to enhance the plant output improve the effectiveness & efficiency of maintenance deptt.

• Corrective, Preventive & Planned actions based on the failure & effective monitoring of all critical equipments with Spares planning.

• Worked on proximity sensors, magnetic sensors, photo sensors, pneumatic controls, rotary in-coders, level controllers, RTD’s, thermocouples ,Temperature Controllers.

• Responsible for maintaining all Utilities equipments including Carrier Chillers(265TR) Ammonia gas Frick Chillers(300 TR), Air Compressors (180 CFM), AHU’s, Cooling Towers, Water Ring & Booster Vacuum Pumps, Hot water pumps, Condensate Recovery systems, Hot & Chilled water tanks, Heat Exchangers, Fire Engines, Incinerators etc.

• Working on chocolate making machinery Bhullar Refiners Conches Liquifiers.Aasted make cooling tunnel and Depositers. Working on high speed Packing Machines such as Sig Machines theegarten,feema, Cavanna SPS Italy Kliklock Machines.

• Knowledge of best manufacturing practices. GMP and HACCP

• Experience of handling safety & energy audits.

• Knowledge of Lifts & E.O.T cranes

TRAININGS UNDERGONE:

o Three month training of Computer applications..

o Training on Energy Management by PCRA and training on Machine Guarding.

o Training on First Aid by NSC.

o Training by SIEMENS on 66 kV operation and maintenance.
