Responsible of radiation Lab; and involving in research activities of B.S and M.s. in radiation lab, and teaching to radiology, medical physics, and medicine students in the following activities:
• Doing some spectroscopy experiments by radioisotope materials and Gamma detectors (NaI (Tl)) for radiology and medical physics students.
• Associating in designing and making an industrial ct-scan (first-generation) by NaI(Tl)
• Associating in designing and making an Thyroid uptake system by NaI(Tl) detectors; Patented in the name of Rcstim in Iran.
• Teaching the principal and technical methods in MRI to MS and Bs students
• Cooperating in many MRI projects as consultant (which were done by MRI system of Imam Khomeini Hospital, Picker 1.5 – T scanner) as follows:
• Brain mapping and tissue characterization (T1, and T2 mapping) of MS patients
• Designing and evaluating of 4 - kinds MRI phantoms which are using to do quality assurance and quality control in clinical centers (advised by AAPM)
• MRS protocol optimizing for H1 nucleus and shimming
• MRS application for differentiating Ischemia and infarct (project of a PhD student of medical physics- 1998-2000)
• Designing and optimizing clinical protocols for picker 1.5-T
• Evaluating of MRI role in BMD (Bone Mineral Densitometry)
• fMRI of human brain by gradient echo protocols (BOLD Contrast)
• Pulse sequence designing by Tab Generation program of Picker 1.5-T system.
2005 up to Now: Working full time basis in BNM medical company (www.bnmed.com) as Medical Radiation department supervisor until 2008 and also, as service manager from last Febuary Up to now. I have been working as service and marketing staff, and working on Imaging systems of Hitachi Co. (MRI, CT-Scan, and Ultrasound), and BrainLAB Co.(Navigation systems) and cardiovascular systems of Fukuda Co.(ECG, Monitoring, Echocardiography, sonography, defibrillator, and holter monitoring systems). I have passed many related training courses in BNM too.
My experience in BNM:
1. Associate in servicing MRI and CT-san imager of Hitachi (optimization of protocols, repairing and troubleshooting many MRI and Ct-scan systems, changing CT- tube).
2. Installation of 2- navigation systems of BrainLab on March 2008 (Tehran –Iran).
3. Presenter of systems in many national congress and exhibitions.
