Performed the services of a Metadata Business Analyst for HSBC's Metadata group. The Metadata group is new to the organization, supporting a large international customer base for a wide variety of corporate applications. My duties included developing and maintaining project tools, information gathering with application Developers, teaming with Logical Modeling Analysts, and Database Administrators to complete corporate project objectives and to maintain a Metadata repository.
On Time Systems Inc., Tampa, Florida September 2002 – March 2004
Consultant
Performed a COBOL LE conversion for a large banking corporation. This required detailed analysis, implementation of code changes and testing on a large amount of non-LE compliant CICS source. I created and implemented a process to install a relational database application using InstallShield and Null Soft. This application required that the necessary runtime installed and that necessary Windows components were present for all Microsoft Windows client environments. Completed an Audit for the benefit of a government organization to improve IT security practices.

Completed a Y2K Conversion for hospital in South Florida, and for a Govt. Agency in Alabama. Responsibilities included project management, analysis, code conversion and testing. Performed a VSE to MVS Conversion and Year 2000 Conversion for a government agency in the Northeast. Responsibilities included project leadership, analysis, code conversion and testing using in-house tools. Implemented CA-Endevor for a large banking company in the Northeast. Responsibilities also included requirements gathering, analysis, and project management.

Systems Analyst
As a mainframe computer Consultant hired by Origin Technology in Business (Tampa) to support new and existing clients for a variety of technical tasks. My first assignment was to GTE Data Services to implement corporate technical standards for all GTE Data Processing Systems. This project completed with great success using automation that I developed.
As an employee, I supported, enhanced, and developed a financial package used to balance an existing GTEDS billing system. Supported and provided services for GTE’s Service Order, Order Entry and Billing services group which involved problem solving, data conversion and application development.
