Overview

Since 1992, I have maintained a Florida State Certification as a Certified Licensed Roofing Contractor. During this time, I have managed all operational and production requirements necessary to satisfy a role in the multi-million dollar contracts that have come to identify the roofing and sheet metal company that I have been instrumental in building over the previous 30+ years. Project planning and management, systems specifications, material and labor resource scheduling defined my role along with all levels of management oversight required to maintain a competitive business structure.

During my 32+ years as Director of Operations and Projects Manager, I have on a daily basis had to design strategies to comply with time sensitive projects and meet the contractual obligations. Another component to all of this was my ability to coordinate labor forces necessary to comply with project and production requirements. The final analysis required was material acquisition and disbursement for use to facilitate the previous two strategies. This was also handled on a daily basis by me as the Logistics Coordinator and culminated in quality production well within project budget designs and restrictive contract timetables.

I am the co-inventor of an applied for patent for the industry’s finest building tile. The invention takes an industrial-waste product through a “green friendly” temperature specific process to form a ballistic grade building tile with multiple applications and uses.

My experience with electronics training from an enlistment in the United States Air Force, real-world science applications from NASA as a spacecraft controller, organizational and detail regimen control as a security escort with the intelligence community out of Langley has provided me with the necessary skills and background to detect and discern problematic obstructions encountered with any plan of action. My background in construction management allows me to set strong project goals and a course of action to achieve them.
