Controlled documentation throughout the entire course of the project by updating drawings. Assisted Project Managers with processing RFI’s and submittals for various scopes of work including MEP, structural, and interior work.
• Distributed 25 Amendments to the appropriate subcontractors to ensure the work was completed on time. Each Amendment averaged 180 revised drawings.
• Asked to lead Subcontractor Meetings and recorded meeting minutes for Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings.
• Selected to be in charge of managing scopes of work including structural anchors, interior ceilings, and exterior accessories. Each scope was managed on time and on budget.
• Successfully created and executed subcontracts, change orders, and coordination of work.
• Assisted in the closeout process by performing punch work and collecting as-builts in a timely manner.
